If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through pjili's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines. pjili is committed to cooperating fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of any escalated dispute.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a specific game round, pjili's game server logs constitute the definitive record of the game outcome. pjili will provide Players with access to relevant transaction and game logs upon reasonable request to facilitate dispute resolution.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 15.
pjili reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pjili will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, email to the registered address, or a prominently displayed notice on the pjili.club homepage.
Your continued use of the pjili Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
